Born in Bilbao with a degree in Business and Economics at the Universidad del País Vasco.

She begins her professional career at XEROX Bilbao and later works in Germany where she worked for four years at TRW Automotive as Sales Export Responsible for the VW Group in its European Headquarters for Systems Security which is based on the outskirts of Frankfurt. She later continued with the same responsibilities at TRW España (Barcelona) for a year.

In 2001, she joins a Spanish Executive Search firm as Consultant.

In 2004, she joins Euromanager as Account Director.
