- Professionalism: we execute our searches in a manner that reflects well on the profession
- Competence: we execute all the searches competently and with an appropriate level of knowledge and urgency
- Integrity: the members of Euromanager exercise their profession with integrity and avoid dishonest behaviour
- Confidentiality: confidential information gathered from both candidates and clients will be respected
- “Off-limits”: we at all times respect our “off-limits” principles, abstaining from recruiting executives from our clients
- Conflict of interests: these will be avoided or resolved with transparency
- Loyalty: we support equal employment opportunities and perform assessments objectively
