Executive Assessment
Using our intimate knowledge and experience of Human Resources and professional skill-sets we have developed an Executive Assessment service that employs proven international methodologies, such as the L.V. Gordon’s SOSIA Method for skills analysis and A.P.P. Thomas International.
The Executive Assessment process
- We define the goals that the client wants to achieve: these include individual or group objectives, identifying talent and future directors, profile assessment, internal promotion advice, and support in Human Resource management.
- For these types of processes, Euromanager believes that it is essential to understand the firm’s values and culture. It is also indispensable to intimately understand all relevant information: organizational structure, each position’s role, competences and functions of each position, the environment in which these activities are executed and the internal and external contacts.
- We advise our clients on how to communicate the project internally in order to create an optimal climate for the execution of the Executive Assessment.
- The assessments are executed at the individual level with each participant and consist of a written part and a personal interview with the consultant in which the skill-sets, motivations and personal characteristics of each participant, as well as their personal perspective, are discussed. These will allow the consultant to validate and qualify all the information provided by each individual in the context of the Organization’s goals.
- Participants’ individual report are presented to the client in person and discussed in relation to the goals that have been established for the project. For group processes additional reports with global conclusions are provided.
- Once the process is finished, we advise our clients on follow up and implementation of the measures that have been agreed.
